RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations?

A: We do not accept cancellations or returns but we do accept exchanges under certain circumstances. Check out our return policy for full details. All sales are final. 

Q. Help! My order arrived damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

A. Send an email explaining the situation to info@shopplanetdisco.com and include your order number and pictures so we can get started on making it right. Once this is done we will send you out a replacement package along with a return label to send back the original product.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Q. What is your turn around time?

A. Almost all of our items are handmade to order and have a turn around time of 5-10 business days. Please ensure you read all product descriptions for our most up to date turn around times. Please refrain from asking for order updates if 10 business days has not passed. Once your order is done being made it will ship out within 24 hours.

Q. Do you have any ready to ship items?

Q. Yes, a small portion of our items are ready to ship. This will be noted in the item description. Please allow us 1-5 business days to ship out ready to ship items. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q. How do I care for my Planet Disco pieces? 

A. We recommend hand washing all of your items and laying them flat to dry. We do not recommend machine wash/dry. 

CUSTOM SIZING & DESIGNS 

Q. Can I have my items made to my measurements?

A. No, we do not offer custom sizing. All items are made according to our size chart.

Q. Do you offer customs?

A. We don't do custom designs however there are a few customizations that we are able to honor. These customizations include:

  • Making an existing design in a different fabric. Can be one of our existing fabrics or an unreleased fabric of your choice. 
  • Full coverage bottoms
  • Shorter/longer items
  • Basic bikini top w/o chains or o-rings. 
  • Choosing metal rings. Options include: o-ring, heart, flower and star.
